2026 IAOS Conference

Registration Fees

The conference will be held as an in-person event only.  Registration will be possible until the maximum event capacity is reached. 

Registration fee includes participation in the scientific programme of the Conference, lunches and coffee-breaks, participation in the Welcome reception on 12 May, Conference materials, free Wi-Fi service in Conference premises. Registration does not include Gala dinner on 13 May, which is limited only to 250 persons. Registration does not include such things as travel, insurance, visa and accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, insurance, visa and accommodation (see Accommodation). 

In order to receive the registration fee for members (individual and organisational), a participant must have paid the current year’s membership fee. For organisational members, please contact the ISI Membership Team to find out the number of employees who may register for the IAOS and ISI member fee.

Please read before registering

  • Early bird fees apply until 17 March 2026. Standard registration fee is from 18 March 2026 –​ 17 April 2026. Payment must be received before these dates. 
  • Conference, Training courses and Gala dinner registration ends on 17 April 2026
  • Participants of contributed paper sessions (CPS) and individual paper sessions (IPS) are kindly requested to register by 9 March 2026. Otherwise, their contributions may not be included in the Conference programme. 
  • The Retired member categories only apply to current ISI and Association members. If you are not a member but retired, you will pay the Non-member registration fee that is applicable to your country of residence.
  • A full-time Student must be enrolled at an educational institution for the academic school year(s) 2025–2026.
  • Accompanying persons’ registration fee includes access to: Opening, Closing and Awards Ceremonies, coffee breaks, lunches, participation in the Welcome reception on 12 May 2026 and the Gala dinner (for additional fee) on 13 May 2026.
